Beering in Mind YouTube Channel Beer Review #198 -- Baird Japanese Koji Sour (Batch #004)






Baird Japanese Koji Sour (Batch #004) is a special release made to celebrate the opening of the Base Station Kansai Taproom. It's made with a strain of koji fungus which is normally used in producing shochu. I also discuss Michael Lewis' timely book, The Fifth Risk.
